The truth about the kidnapping incident of Benjamin "Budoy" Maniego (Gerald Anderson) already revealed. Budoy was very disappointed and hurt after knowing the truth, having grudge to his father, Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III). Elena Dizon (Zsa Zsa Padilla), Budoy's mother, was very surprised to know that Doctor Anton is responsible of kidnapping Budoy back then. As much as Doctor Anton tried to explain everything to both Luisa and Budoy, he failed because they are already hurt. Luisa never thought that Doctor Anton kidnapped his own son just to protect the reputation of the Maniego family. Meanwhile, Budoy experienced severe headache more frequently that made everybody worry about his condition. The Maniego family then admitted Budoy at their own hospital, trying to figure out what is Budoy's disease. On the other hand, Benjamin "BJ" Maniego (Enrique Gil) and Doctor Grace Maniego (Mylene Dizon) had a conversation about the Maniego family. BJ got curious about what is going on with the Maniego family as he have not heard from them anymore. Doctor Grace had no second thoughts, telling BJ the truth that Doctor Anton is responsible in kidnapping Budoy back then. With this in mind, how will BJ react after knowing that Doctor Anton is responsible in kidnapping Budoy?
