Gemma (Krytal Reyes), Michelle (Kyle Danielle Ocampo), and Callila (Barbara Miguel) sneaked into the room of Desmond (Gabby Eigenmann). They got a moment because the police who was there to guard went to answer a nature call. When they were already in, Callila was shocked by the situation that Desmond was in. Callila then told her Ate Gemma that she is not angry anymore with her Uncle Desmond. Gemma was curious for the words that came out from the child. Meanwhile, Sandra (Camilla Pratts) confronted Simeon (Neil Ryan Sese) about his plans for them. Simeon alibied that he is afraid of getting caught. Sandra assured him that he would not be caught because she is going to explain it to the police authorities. Sandra then asked Simeon if he does not have feelings for her anymore. But Simeon confessed to her that it would never be lost. It would still remain because he loved her so much. Sandra was very mad. She realized that Simeon was just playing tricks on them all along. Meanwhile, Dr. Phillip (Leandro Baldemor) was the one assigned to Manny (Roderick Paulate). Manny was scared when Phillip told him that he would undergo biopsy. Manny then said that the procedure is only for cancer patients. He then instructed Phillip not to tell Donya Ana (Gloria Romero) about his current condition. He does not want to be an additional burden to the Montereals.
