The Montenegro family helped Daniel Valencia (Coco Martin) after being robbed by some bandits in Manila. Marco Montenegro (Richard Gomez) was very surprised to know that Daniel was almost lost in Manila since he don't know where to go to. Luckily for Daniel, he remembered the Hotel where the Montenegro family currently stayed. Johanna Montenegro (Melissa Ricks), Marco's daughter, bought some new clothes for Daniel because she pitied him having no clothes to wear. At first, Daniel neglected Johanna's help but then he has no choice but to accept the clothes. Later on, Daniel tried to fit all the clothes that Johanna bought while Johanna is waiting for him at a restaurant in the hotel. Meanwhile, Emily Cardenas/Emilia Gidonti (Dawn Zulueta) saw Johanna having fun talking to her and did not let the time pass talking to her. Emily won Johanna's heart and attention by talking to about what interests her more. Johanna appreciated Emily's outfit and knew more about Emily's life and fashion trends. A few hours later, the Montenegro family are together for a great dinner. Johanna then gave her special gift to Marco, a Neck tie personally chosen by Emily. At the meantime, Johanna informed her parents about the new friend she just met, Emilia. Marco and Jane Bonifacio/Montenegro (Rita Avila) were surprised to know about Johanna's new friend. Resulting to this, Jane felt jealous but Marco comforted her.
