A man was spotted on CCTV hitting a woman by his car. It was clearly seen in the camera that the two were fighting earlier. The two got in the car and later on the woman stepped down. The woman stayed on the spot and the car went on. But afterwards the car went back to her and hit her. The man got down the car and stabbed the woman. After that the man then went on driving the car and hit the woman the second time. The Chinese national was caught in his condo unit. He said that the woman, his girlfriend, had told her to kill his parents in order to get the million peso money. The body of Rep. Iggy Arroyo will be brought home by his wife Aleli Arroyo.
