Still at the Maniego hospital, the Maniego family especially Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III) is very depressed after knowing what is the real condition of his son. Benjamin "Budoy" Maniego (Gerald Anderson) was diagnosed having a brain tumor located in a critical part of the brain. Doctor Anton can not believe that Budoy has a brain tumor but he have to be strong to show his love and support towards Budoy. Meanwhile, Budoy as well as Elena Dizon (Janice De Belen) was shocked knowing that Budoy's life is at risk. At the same time, the Maniego family are doing their best figuring out how to cure Budoy's brain tumor. On the other hand, Doctor Grace Maniego (Mylene Dizon), who is a Neurologist, suggested that Budoy must undergo a surgical operation just to save his life. With this in mind, how will the Maniego family especially Doctor Anton convince Budoy to undergo a surgical operation?
