Doctor Grace Maniego (Mylene Dizon) is now ready for her big revenge against the Maniego family, who ruined her life and reputation as the best Neurologist in the Philippines. Doctor Grace has a recorded video of Doctor Alberta Maniego (Barbara Perez) who admitted as the mastermind of kidnapping Benjamin "Budoy" Maniego (Gerald Anderson). Yesterday, Doctor Grace tricked Doctor Alberta, revealing the truth when they talked about what is going on with the Maniego family. Recently, Doctor Grace went to visit Budoy at the Maniego hospital hoping for a chance to talk to Luisa Maniego (Zsa Zsa Padilla). Doctor Grace wants to reveal the recorded video to Luis so that she will not be blamed about the kidnapping incident anymore.
