Luisa Maniego (Zsa Zsa Padilla) is very dismayed after she saw the recorded video of Doctor Alberta Maniego (Barbara Perez) who admitted kidnapping Benjamin "Budoy" Maniego (Gerald Anderson). Luisa already decided to bring Budoy abroad and treat him there because Luisa lost her trust towards the Maniego family. Luisa asked the help of Elena Dizon (Janice De Belen), Budoy's adoptive mother, finding a way for them to leave the country easily. Luisa also asked the help of Jacky Marasigan (Jessy Mendiola), Budoy's best friend, to help out Budoy during his escape at the Maniego hospital. Meanwhile, Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III) had a conversation with his mother, Doctor Alberta. Doctor Anton and Doctor Alberta talked about what they are going to do towards Doctor Grace Maniego (Mylene Dizon). Doctor Anton and Doctor Alberta are very worried about the video that Doctor Grace already revealed to Luisa. Later on, Doctor Anton also had a conversation with Doctor Isaac Maniego (Christian Vasquez) wherein they talked about how disappointed Doctor Isaac is. Doctor Isaac confronted Doctor Anton about his heartaches towards them especially when it is about the reputation of their family. On the other hand, Benjamin "BJ" Maniego (Enrique Gil) went to see Henry Chavez (Cris Villanueva), giving him the information about Doctor Isaac insulting Doctor Grace. With this in mind, how will Henry react after knowing that Doctor Isaac insulted Doctor Grace?
