Still worried about the surgical operation, Benjamin "Budoy" Maniego (Gerald Anderson) prepares himself to escape. Helping Budoy is his mother, Luisa Maniego (Zsa Zsa Padilla). Luisa doesn't want Budoy to undergo a surgical operation under the Maniego Doctors especially Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III). Luisa and Budoy are very disappointed to Doctor Anton after they knew that Doctor Anton is responsible in kidnapping Budoy back then. Meanwhile, Doctor Anton is worried about the surgical operation he is going to do to his son, Budoy. Doctor Anton wants to make sure that the surgical operation will be successful so that Budoy will have a chance to survive. Meanwhile, Henry Chavez (Cris Villanueva) has Doctor Isaac Maniego (Christian Vasquez). Henry revenged against Doctor Isaac for the sake of Doctor Grace Maniego (Mylene Dizon) and Benjamin "BJ" Maniego (Enrique Gil). With this in mind, will Doctor Isaac go home to his family alive? And with Budoy, will he finally have a chance escaping from the Maniego hospital?
