Everybody in the palace were talking about the life that former Queen Inhyeon (Park Ha Sun) has. After she was sent out from the palace, she chooses to live a simple way of life. Queen Inhyeon had lived the kind of life she used to have. Meanwhile, other people also who is trying to have power over the palace are also preparing to impress the next crowned Queen. Meanwhile, the servants of the Bureau of Investigation are already very excited in which department they would be assigned. Each of them already has a desired department because they have already researched about it. One of the teachers of the bureau came, they all kept quiet listening to their assigned department. All of them were very happy of their assignments. When they heard the department assigned to Dong Yi (Han Hyo Joo) they were all shocked. She was assigned to the department of the wealth of the palace. When she told her two teachers about it, they pitied her. They know how difficult it is to be assigned there. When Dong Yi went to the department, she was surprised when she was only advised to sit down and go home when it is already time to go home. Dong Yi thought that the men in that department were only joking. But when she asked again for the records, she was given a magazine which consists of adult content. Dong Yi reported this to her two teachers. Her two teachers then told her to extend her patience and when they have the time they would request that she would be transferred. But Dong Yi insisted that she should stay there. She wants to be responsible to her assigned task.
