Benjamin "Budoy" Maniego (Gerald Anderson) is rushed to the hospital because of severe headache. Meanwhile, Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III) got worried after hearing that Budoy was rushed at the Maniego hospital. Later on, Doctor Anton and Doctor Isaac Maniego (Christian Vasquez) talked about what is happening to Budoy. They both shared each knowledge regarding Budoy's health condition giving them conclusions that Budoy's sudden change is a result to what they did in the past. While the Doctors talked about Budoy's health condition together with Luisa Maniego (Zsa Zsa Padilla), Budoy listened to them, pretending to be unconscious. All the things that Budoy heard made him thought if his father participated the kidnapping incident back then. With this in mind, what will Budoy do to find out the truth?
