 Esmeralda (Jean Garcia) was then awaken by that night after baby Alice was born. Esmeralda then told her followers to go to the house of the late Tandang Alicia (Marita Zobel). She feels that there si something important happening in that family. Meanwhile, Timoteo (Benjie Paras) and Tomas (Sef Cadayona) noticed something strange in Sinag (Sheena Halili). They know something is wrong with their lady companion. They then noticed that she is already like a doll. Sinag became a voodoo doll. Timoteo and Toms then went to the house where Matilda (Ana Roces). They saw that she already gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. They then reported it to their master Esmeralda. Esmeralda wanted to take away the child. She wants that the child would be hers. Matilda was already warned by the assistant of her mother to protect Baby Alice. She knows that Esmeralda will come after the baby since she bears the birthmark of Tandang Alicia. HIlario (Janno Gibbs0 then went to the house of Esmeralda. He knows even if she is a stone figure, Esmeralda would still hear him. He scolded her and told her not to keep on disturbing his family. He wants to have a happy family. Bu t Esmeralda had already decided. She would really get the daughter of Matilda.
