Benjamin "Budoy" Maniego (Gerald Anderson) ran away from the Maniego Hospital with the help of his mother, Luisa Maniego (Zsa Zsa Padilla). Helping Budoy and Luisa are Doctor Grace Maniego (Mylene Dizon), Elena Dizon (Janice De Belen) and Jacky Marasigan (Jessy Mendiola). Budoy and Luisa thought that everything they planned are going to work but Henry Chavez (Cris Villanueva) crossed their way. Henry and his friends were trying to kidnap Budoy for ransom but failed because Budoy fought back. Before Budoy fought back, Luisa was shot after she tried to protect Budoy from Henry and his friends. Meanwhile, Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III) and Doctor Isaac Maniego (Christian Vasquez) saw what happened to Luisa and Budoy who were attacked by Henry and his friends. Doctor Anton was very surprised when Budoy was also shot by Henry after Budoy tried to stop them from escaping. Later on, Budoy and Luisa were rushed back to the Maniego hospital to treat their wounds. While everybody at the Maniego hospital are busy because of the incident, Doctor Grace received a call from Henry, making her leave the hospital immediately. Doctor Grace had no idea why Henry asked her to leave the Maniego hospital immediately but she had no doubts of leaving because she is guilty of letting Budoy and Luisa ran away. After Doctor Grace's conversation to Henry, she called Benjamin "BJ" Maniego (Enrique Gil), letting him prepare his things for them to leave the country as soon as possible. With this in mind, will Doctor Grace and BJ successfully leave the country?
