Don Romualdo Alcantara (Eddie Garcia) was looking for his granddaughter, Natasha Alcantara (Lovi Poe). When Natsha came , they asked her where she had been. Natasha then answered them that she came from the hospital to undergo DNA testing. Eva Alcantara (Cherie Gil) and Sofia (Liza Lorena) reacted why she had done that. Natasha explained that it would be fair for Diana Calcetas (Heart Evangelista) and Bernadetted Leviste (Alessandra de Rossi). Eva was already tensed. She then told Natashs the possible effect of it once the media would know about it. She knows the media would come running after them and asked why she had done that. Don Romualdo then said that Eva is right. He then ordered to call the hospital where she had the test. They would order to immediately stop the operation. Meanwhile, Anna Marie Leviste (MAritoni Fernandez) was already having a problem. She was already tensed for the result of the DNA testing. Bernadette then confronted her. Bernadette then asked her if Cesar Alcantara (Robert Sena) was really her father. But Anna Maire then told her daughter that she is not sure. She was drunk that time. AT the last mass for Cesar, Don Romualdo shared his grief in losing his only son. For quite a long time had he and his wife waited for a child. He was so happy that they were given a son.
