Everybody in the Montereals were very happy because they have no problems anymore. Jacob Montereal (Mark Anthony Fernandez) had already proposed marriage to Sandra (Camille Pratts). Jennifer Montereal (Mona Louise Rey) was also happy because her family is already complete. They were having a party gathering in the house. Donya Ana (Gloria Romero) also accepts the proposal of Enrique (Robert Arevalo). During the party, Dr. Phillip (Leandro Baldemor) notices Manny (Roderick Paulate) getting out the party and had gone to somewhere else in the house. When he followed him, he saw Manny throwing up. Dr. Phillip realizes that the condition of Manny is not good already. They brought Manny to the hospital. His treatment was chemotherapy. Sandra then told him that alopecia or hair loss is one effect of chemotherapy. Meanwhile, Desmond Monetereal (Gabby Eigenmann) is already in jail. He had been saved from his burns. But he still has not change. He was laughing at the idea that he is still alive and Simeon (Neil Ryan Sese) is already dead. But Desmond’s face is already not good. He had undergone second and third degree burns.
