Brother Jang wants Dong Yi (Han Hyo Joo) out in the life of King Sukjong (Ji Jin Hee). He thinks that Dong Yi knows too much already and she deserves to die. Now, all they got to think about is the success of Lady Jang as becoming the next Queen when Queen Inhyeong (Park Ha Sun) will not be in the position. Almost all of the people in the palace are talking about the upcoming event in the palace. They are all waiting when that would happen. Meanwhile, Dong Yi was kidnapped by the men of Brother Jang. They wanted to kill Dong Yi but she got a chance to escape. She was also saved by the chief of the police. Brother was much tensed of the event. He knows that if Dong Yi would still be alive, that would be the end of their plans. Brother was very mad when they have not seen the dead body of Dong Yi. He then rushed to the house of his sister, Lady Jang and told her about his worries. Meanwhile, King Sukjong was very worried when his assistant told him that something bad had happened to the Mother Queen. He then rushed to the house of his mother. Lady Jang was also there and told him that the only person who was beside the Mother Queen in that incident was Queen Inhyeong. When King Sukjong arrived, he commanded Queen Inhyeong to keep distance. He does not want to see her that moment.
